Becoming Resilient
Thriving as a parent after abuse
Talking to children about boundaries, consent, and mental health doesn’t need to be hard!
I knew that I needed to teach my children very differently than I was taught if I was going to protect them from the experiences I went through. But I couldn’t find any book about how to raise children to NOT get abused.
So I researched, put in the work, and now I’m here to share those experiences with you so that you can have the words to say to your children and have the confidence to parent with ease.
Hi! My name is Rachelle and I’m so glad you are here!
I am passionate about parents and especially mothers! Raising children is such a difficult, but rewarding experience and we don’t need to go through it alone.
I’m here to talk about ALL THE THINGS!
There is so much to be scared and anxious about when raising children. We want to protect them from things or people that would hurt them, but we also want them to grow up into independent, confident, healthy humans! Where do we even start?
Don’t worry. I got you!
Parenting with confidence and ease is possible even through divorce, a history of abuse, children’s behavioral issues, sharing custody with an untrustworthy ex-partner, etc.
I’ve lived through so much and come out on the other side with knowledge that can help you in your parenting journey.
“You have the power to heal your life, and you need to know that. We think so often that we are helpless, but we're not. We always have the power of our minds…Claim and consciously use your power.”
